By accessing or using M2M Tech's website, services, or programs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and M2M Tech. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

M2M Tech provides a range of services designed to accelerate AI adoption and talent development, including:

• AI Solutions: Agentic AI (AURA), Edge AI (MEA Stack), and supporting AI tools for enterprise transformation
• DataTalent Program: A training and placement initiative connecting data science talent with industry partners
• Business Accelerator: Programs supporting startups and SMEs in AI integration and innovation
• Work-Integrated Learning (WIL): Industry partnership programs providing students and graduates with real-world AI experience
• Membership Services: Access to resources, networking, and exclusive content for members
• Research Labs: Collaborative research initiatives advancing AI applications across industries

The specific features, availability, and eligibility requirements for each service may vary.

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all applications and forms
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems
• Not use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Services without permission
• Respect the intellectual property rights of M2M Tech and third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user who violates these responsibilities.

All content, features, and functionality available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, AI tools, designs, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of M2M Tech or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not:

• Modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software or AI tools
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Frame or mirror any content from the Services on another website

Participation in M2M Tech programs (DataTalent, Business Accelerator, WIL, etc.) is subject to eligibility requirements and acceptance criteria. By applying to or participating in any program, you agree to:

• Meet all program requirements and deadlines as communicated by M2M Tech
• Actively participate in program activities and maintain professional conduct
• Provide feedback and data as requested for program evaluation and improvement
• Allow M2M Tech to share anonymized program outcomes with government funders and partners
• Comply with any additional program-specific agreements or codes of conduct

M2M Tech reserves the right to remove participants who fail to meet program requirements or engage in misconduct.

Some M2M Tech services and programs may require payment. When applicable:

• All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required in full at the time of registration or service activation
• Accepted payment methods will be specified during the checkout process
• You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your purchase

Refund policies vary by service and program. Generally:

• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@m2mtechconnect.com
• Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days
• Certain programs may have non-refundable deposits or fees, which will be clearly communicated

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

M2M Tech does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or recommendations provided through our AI tools or other Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M2M Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

In no event shall M2M Tech's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to meet program requirements or payment obligations
• Any conduct that we deem harmful to M2M Tech, other users, or third parties

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and governing law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
